My life is surrounded by women of a different generations, From my mother to my wife and now my daughter, they are the pillars that support me and stand by me. When I look at my mother showering her undivided love and affection on my daughter, I could relive the way she cared for me.

At relativity, we have more women at work. Our organization has realized the value of the best quality of a woman “multi-tasking”. With an ever-demanding clientele, my colleagues at relativity offer their best efforts and help us sail comfortably. I pledge to offer safety and the best environment for the women with me and that's the least I can do to repay.

Women are the epitome of caring. The first woman who made a difference in my life is my mother. Her life is dedicated to me and my family. She finds joy in the simplest of things she could do for us. I can’t imagine a world without women. The world would look like a barren land which is of no use. A house becomes a home only when there is a woman to nurture the people of the family. She brings prosperity to every place. She is the divine force that runs the growth of any country.

I am glad that I belong to this nurturing community of women. As a mother and as a daughter, I feel immensely responsible to assist fellow women towards realising their potential.

Women’s day is more important than birthdays as it signifies the purpose of every woman. To me, women sacrifice everything for the betterment of their family and their society. They work 365 days without complaints so that their family could be comfortable. I adore my mother who takes care of me. She is the only person who understands my needs and encourages me. Lucky that I have wonderful people at relativity and I feel it’s my second home. I wish the best year for every woman in this world. Remember, we are the power that creates a difference.

Celebrating women’s day at various levels has its implications. It helps us motivate the efforts of women around us, to help underprivileged women see some light, and to show respect towards the empowerment of the community. My mother and my wife are the two support systems I rely on. Their actions affected me greatly and they brought a deep respect for all the women out there. I take this opportunity to thank the efforts of all the women out there and I am proud that relativity is more compassionate and that we have a place for women to grow unconditionally.

I grew up hearing stories of female fighters. Dr Muthulaksmi reddy and Rani Laxmi are the inspirations for many of my friends. Every time I come across a social activist who fights against society, I get an urge to do my part. I have taken an oath to do my part in building independent women. This women’s day is a thanksgiving day for each woman who shaped my life. I am immensely grateful for the support, guidance and affection I have received. I am sure that I will keep the momentum going by providing the same.

For me, women are synonymous with responsibility. Having observed hundreds of women in my life, I can safely say that they are the most responsible ones. They hold the power of connecting various entities of the environment and offer a communal feeling.

I am happy to e celebrating various women in my life. Especially my mother who is the driving force behind my family. Someone who taught me the values in life, someone who showed me how to treat a woman and someone who stands by me. The next person who has created an immense difference in my life is my wife. I am privileged to gave someone so supportive and understanding. My wife has made me responsible.
